We take great care in preparing, packing and dispatching every order. As many of our writing instruments are handcrafted, individually finished or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product and any requested customisation.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and any required product or personalisation details have been confirmed.
Ready-to-dispatch products will normally be prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably possible. Handcrafted, personalised, engraved or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
If your order requires customisation, production will begin once all necessary details have been confirmed.
Estimated dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and whether the item is handcrafted or personalised.
Any estimated production or dispatch timeframe shown on the relevant product page should be treated as a guide rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided during checkout.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery destination, parcel size, weight and selected delivery service.
We offer delivery to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom using available postal or courier services.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include any production or preparation time required for handcrafted or personalised products.
International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout where supported.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays that are outside our control.
Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the courier or postal provider to update the tracking information after collection.
Every order is packed carefully to help protect the writing instrument and any included accessories during transit.
Where stated in the product description, pens may be supplied in a handcrafted natural timber presentation case or other presentation packaging. Sets may also include accessories such as ink, refills, polishing products or cleaning cloths.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier or postal provider may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful or the parcel was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
Delivery times provided by postal and courier services are estimates and delays can occasionally occur.
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider.
A parcel may need to be formally confirmed as lost by the delivery provider before a replacement or other resolution can be arranged.
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the external packaging, internal packaging and damaged item. This information helps us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Some of our pens are individually handcrafted, turned, polished or customised before dispatch. These products may require additional preparation time compared with standard ready-made items.
Natural variations in wood grain, resin pattern, colour distribution and handcrafted finish do not normally affect dispatch and are part of the individual character of each piece.
If your order contains multiple products with different preparation times, we may dispatch the order together once all items are ready unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain destinations where suitable shipping services are unavailable or where legal, customs or carrier restrictions prevent shipment.
