Due to variations in natural materials and handcrafted production, the product you receive may not be identical in grain, resin pattern or colour distribution to the item shown in photographs.
Some products may be personalised, engraved, commissioned or otherwise made to your individual specifications.
You are responsible for checking that all information supplied for a personalised or custom order is accurate before submitting your order. This includes names, initials, dates, wording, symbols, colours, writing systems and any other requested customisation.
Once production of a personalised or custom-made product has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Personalised, engraved or genuinely custom-made products may be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
